Terms of Use

Milo is a personal daily outfit logging app. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must be at least 13 years old to use Milo.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or tamper with the app
• Use the app in any way that could damage or impair it

Milo offers an optional Milo Pro subscription that unlocks additional features. The subscription details are:

• Subscription name: Milo Pro
• Monthly plan: $4.99 per month
• Annual plan: $49.99 per year
• Subscription length: 1 month (monthly) or 1 year (annual), auto-renewing

Auto-renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.

Managing your subscription: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or directly from within the Milo app (Profile → Manage subscription).

Free trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Subscription purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not store your payment information.

You retain ownership of all outfit photos and other content you upload to Milo. By using the app, you grant us a limited licence to store and display your content solely to provide the service to you. We do not share your content with other users or third parties.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you add to the app.

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

All content, design, and code within the Milo app (excluding your own uploaded content) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of Milo without our written permission.

Milo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for any loss of data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Milo, including loss of data or loss of profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Milo at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time. If you have an active subscription, cancellation is handled through the App Store.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of Milo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
